Finalise and publish EBRAINS-25.02 official release
This issue tracks the final steps for publishing EBRAINS-25.02, the next official release of the EBRAINS Software Distribution. The release candidate kernel, EBRAINS-25.02-rc, was created on 22 March and is currently available for testing in the EBRAINS Lab, after selecting the Experimental EBRAINS Docker image on startup. It will remain accessible until 13 April 2025, which is also the target date for the official release. On that day, assuming no outstanding issues are found, the RC will be renamed and published as EBRAINS-25.02.
