WIP initial freesurfer analyzer

I want to start adding funcitonality for some generic pipeline components like Freesurfer

This first commit has stuff in the library, though after reviewing how e.g. FCD is set up, I think a generic CLI adapter (with Docker/SSH/Slurm support?) could be a better first step.
