I solved the new tests failing in SimulatorController, I made all interest variables being chosen by default for the monitors, I made Simulator with Raw Monitor being able to be launched (it just takes much time, so I tried with 100ms Simulation Length) and I added interest variables to TemporalAverage Monitor as well.

TVB-2551: Fixed everything that was written after the task has been reopened.
