Calcium hsolve (#218) 

* Remove zombification from DifShell and DifBuffer

* Add sending out current message to hsolve

Fix externalCalcium_ iteration in advanceChannels.

* Test for hsolve handling external calcium.

Slightly rewrote functions shared with test_difshells.py
