Update tvb-ext-unicore and pyunicore in requirements.txt

Hi, we have a new release for tvb-ext-unicore library and would like to update it in the lab. But it is based on the latest version of pyunicore, thus we would need to update that as well. Would it be ok to use the latest version of pyunicore in the lab?
