@ziaee @teodoramisan first of all, sorry for the huge delay in looking into this, it was unfortunately blocked by a rather major and long overdue update in the ESD software deployment in the EBRAINS Lab.

In the spack_v0.23.0 branch, we have updated the python version to 3.11, and are now finalising some still failing packages, so I rebased to run the test build correctly, and the pipelines should now finally work.

However, there is currently a conflict caused by the upper limit on the py-scipy dependency in sbi. Do you know if this is strictly necessary?
