Fix oci buildcache

This pulls in yashchiki@5690db7d which fixes a bug that I introduced when cleaning up :/ …

Symptome: The buildcache fetching mechanism only fetches .json files, but does not download .spack files (due to a off-by-one bug introduced by a missing space separator) → fixed.
