@elmath This should "fix" the instability of the BrainScaleS-2 usage.

It resets our software state to an earlier state that does not show "this weird bug" when we use quiggeldy and PPU things. (which might be related to integration of DRAM support, or PPU changes in late summer/early fall). @jkaiser @pspilger @kindler
