Rename "hbp-validation-client" to "ebrains-validation-client"
requested to merge cnrs-neuroinformatics/ebrains-spack-builds:rename-hbp-validation-client into master
For the time being we keep "hbp-validation-client", which is now just a wrapper for "ebrains-validation-client", for backwards compatibility.
