feat(BSS2): updates to software state

This should fix some problems encountered during testing of the experimental deployment.

(I'll add the SQ-Guideline PDF before unchecking "draft".)

(BTW. now also with a codemeta.json file :) …)

Yes, the checklist and probably one more hardware stability optimization will happen until Friday (some slower JTAG speed for some chip version readout…) which is still being verified internally (slower JTAG frequency might have side effects on expected benchmark run times, etc.).
