feat(wf-brainscales2-demos): Enable automatic notebook testing

Here, we fix the notebook execution on hardware (we use the "EBRAINS experimental" experiment service) and enable all typical spiking and non-spiking notebooks (we skip the school-level/German language and the physics lab course ones).
