Added new version of Frites

I'm working on a Jupyter notebook that requires to import a function (conn_fit) which is only available in the latest version of Frites (0.4.4). So I added this version in the py-frites/package.py.

Thank you for opening the MR! (and I'm sorry for not answering your email yet - I already contacted the Frites team asking them to include the new version, and I was planning to add it myself if they didn't by the end of the week)

Could you also update the Frites version in the spack.yaml file? This is a list of the tools/versions that are actually installed in the EBRAINS environment

Thanks! The tests look fine. :) It will become available on the production Lab (both CSCS and JSC instances) on Friday. To use it, please select the EBRAINS-experimental kernel.
