Please check the output. i do not know if pynn-brainscales is installed successfully now but a spec cannot be satisfied https://gitlab.ebrains.eu/akarmas/ebrains-spack-builds/-/jobs/16855

Seems like the default spack concretizer can't resolve to a py-pybind11 version that is sufficient for py-scipy → will create a changeset to pin the version manually (better solution is probably the switch to clingo, the modern SAT-solver-based concretizer ;)).
