`spack` commands on Lab error (`missing include path`)

I wanted to know what software (and what versions) are installed in the ESD.

The wiki says to use !spack list and !spack find --explicit, but they error:

Error: Detected 1 missing include path(s):
   /srv/main-spack-instance-2402/spack/var/spack/environments/experimental/site-config/$SYSTEMNAME

Hi @tfiers, thanks for raising this (and sorry for the delay)

Indeed, the SYSTEMNAME env. variable that's necessary for the Spack commands to run is not set (by mistake) in the kernel activation script. I will fix the activation script by the end of the week, when the experimental kernel is updated.

As a temporary workaround, you can manually set it before running spack find:

import os
os.environ['SYSTEMNAME'] = 'ebrainslab'
