User Agreement handling and storage

Background; We have an application, QUINT Online/Rodent Workbench, which is using HPC, Rancher, and other EBRAINS infrastructure resources. We would like to set up a centralized location to keep track of signed agreements and forms as we provide access to the users. What would be your suggestions in terms of the storage of legal documents for EBRAINS services?

Hi @sofiakar , we are moving ahead with the user agreement storage. Let us know of any updates and suggestion for a centralized storage with correct permissions for users.
