- Refactored the HTTPRequest Class to accept request options instead
  of reusing the same options objects (subsequent requests could overwrite it)

- Implemented the functions
	- getFile
	- getExperimentFiles
	- getBlob
	- deleteEntity
	- deleteFile
	- deleteFolder
	- setFile

that implement the communication with the storage for experiment files
