updated the integration test script to test cloned experiments. The script
now has to be called with either the storage username or the oidc username
to be able to clone experiments.

The cloned experiments used in the tests are deleted after the tests are
finished.

This patch allows only cloned experiments to be launched from the
Virtual Coach and adds a function to delete cloned experiments.

Unit tests and the IT script have been adapted to the new structure.

The script reads the repos.txt file from the user-scripts and:

1. Compares the old version with the new one in all the repos, and
   if they new is smaller it stops execution
2. Changes all the versions in all the repos to the new version
