Changelog:

• New updated DOCKERFILE.
  • The DOCKERFILE uses new mvn and jdk images.
  • No dependencies on old HBPMedical repos/images.
• Removed many unused old files.
• Removed docker specific folder.
• Github actions for build/push in dockerhub.
