Fix/mip 16/bugs on remote tables.py

Changelog:

1. Renamed decorator for sql injection to validate sql params
2. Renamed url to monetdb_socket_address.
3. Now the db_location should not include mapi:monetdb// or /db_name
4. The format of the db location should be : :
