platform inherit, extend and improve the Use Cases
available on the HBP

HBP Collaboratory v1 environment that will
be **shut down in September 2021**.

The Cellullar Level Simulation Interactive
Workflows and Use Cases guide the users through the
resolution of realistic scientific problems. They
inherit, extend and improve the Use Cases built in
the framework of the HBP
<a href="https://collab.humanbrainproject.eu/#/collab/1655/nav/28538" target="_blank">
Brain Simulation Platform</a><i>*</i> and
are implemented as either front-end or full stack
web applications or Python based Jupyter Notebooks
that allow to interactively build,
reconstruct or simulate data-driven brain models
and perform data analysis visualization. Web
applications are freely accessible and only require
authentication to EBRAINS when specific
actions are required (e.g., submitting a simulation
job to an HBP HPC system). Jupyter Notebooks are
cloned to the lab.ebrains.eu platform and requires
authentication via an EBRAINS account. If you do not
