Color scheme interareal connectivity

  • Changed the color scheme used to plot the Interareal probabilistic connectivity for full-scale (left) and down-scaled (right) multi-area model
  • Printed out the first row of the connectivity matrix and found that the zero-valued cells in the full-scales (left) metrix is not consistent with the ones in the down-scaled matrix, which means that relative indegree matrix was changed by down-scaling the model somehow, still need to figure why
  • Reran the notebook
