* Use sphinx autodoc for the API

* Process pybind docstrings to improve formatting

* Add license and description to setup.py

* Use BlueBrain docs theme

* Build doxygen docs using sphinx

* Reduce doxygen output to fit iframe

* Generate separate pages for each doxygen class and struct page
