I'm proposing this relicensing because I'm concerned that
software deriving from *fMRIPrep* might not be sufficiently
documenting the changes.
That poses a problem to the principles of this software and
enforcing the documentation of the changes would only
increase the transparency of derived works (which is encouraged).
