Spurious startup error messages

The following lines appear on stderr on startup: ERROR: failed to open property file: config.xml ERROR: PropertyReader::getProperty( AutoSchedule ) :: No such key exists in property map. ERROR: PropertyReader::getProperty( CreateSolver ) :: No such key exists in property map.

Should be handled quietly or go to stdout at most.
