Array Element indexing gone

Array elements should be listed with their index. This now fails. For example:

create Neutral /foo createmap Neutral /foo 10 1 -object le /foo

proto proto proto proto proto proto proto proto proto proto

This may simply be a bug with the printed names, as I still seem to be able to go into the specified object.
