Kinetic and HSolve hubs "disappear"

    The Kinetic and HSolve managers create an object called 'hub' during reset. When 'le hub' or 'showmsg hub' is called, MOOSE complains that the element does not exist.

    This isn't a big issue in itself, but could be symptomatic of something more serious.

        Fixed. Problem was that the Neutral::getChildByName was not correctly traversing the childSrc message. It was failing to follow the next_ links. The hubs define a new version of the 'child' message and so they utilize the next_ link. Checked in as version 761. This now clears the bugs/missing-hub.g script.
