Cmake-3.6.2 does not find libhdf5_hl.a

On OpenSUSE-Tumbleweed, cmake (VERSION 3.6.2) does not find libhdf5_hl.a file. This fails the packaging on openSUSE_Tumbleweed.

This can be solved by writing a macro to make sure this does not happen.
