py-elephant tests stuck

The one call to pytest (cf. here) is stuck in the container build, e.g. in https://gitlab.ebrains.eu/ri/tech-hub/platform/esd/ebrains-spack-builds/-/jobs/165352 (I killed the pytest process manually to have the flow continue (and to fill at least the cache partially)).
