Separate list of packages for HPC systems and Collab/Jupyter.

Few packages in the current installation list for HPC systems have to be removed as it doesn’t make sense to have it there, but on the Collab. Like for instance, the notebook related ones and the collab utils:

- r-irkernel 
- py-ipython 
- py-ipykernel 
- py-notebook 
- py-ipycanvas 

- clb-nb-utils@0.1.0

Another info regarding tvb packages I got from one of the developers is as follows:

All could be installed on the HPC, even tvb-framework (as it hold the siibra integration for example, not just the web interface).

py-tvb-data is deprecated only as a Github repo (due to size), the package on EBRAINS is referring to Zenodo latest version, so is good to be installed https://gitlab.ebrains.eu/technical-coordination/project-internal/devops/platform/ebrains-spack-builds/-/blob/master/packages/py-tvb-data/package.py

py-tvb-gdist is an optional dependency for tvb-library. It becomes necessary for surface level simulations. Recently, we did some adjustments to its build flow. It should be ok to install it, as it is small.

In case any of these are posing problems when installing them on HC, please let me know, maybe we can re-evaluate their criticality vs added problems.
