Add missing dependencies for LFPy

The py-lfpy package merged via https://gitlab.ebrains.eu/technical-coordination/project-internal/devops/platform/ebrains-spack-builds/-/merge_requests/47 did not add all install/runtime dependencies (LFPykit, MEAutility)
