Jupyterlab 4 update

To ensure no delays for the next release, we need to start testing the compatibility of the ESD tools with Jupyterlab 4 in advance.

@paulapopa @teodoramisan @ldomide @adrianciu for now, almost all of the py-tvb-* packages conflict with py-jupyterlab@4. Could you please start adding the new versions that are compatible, so that we can deploy a jupyterlab-4 based image in lab-int for testing?
