Morphology search form: "Primary brain region" and "Primary cell type dropdowns" are not populated.

To reproduce:

  • go to https://live-papers.apps.ebrains.eu/builder/
  • click "Create new" then "Skip"
  • at the bottom of the page, click to create a new "Morphology" section
  • click "Add from DB" then set "Do you wish to search by NeuroMorpho.Org ID?" to "No"

When clicking on the dropdown menus in the resulting form, some of the dropdowns are populated (e.g. "Species"), but the two mentioned in the title are empty.
