Retrieving model with uuid and alias gives different results

Fetching the same model by UUID and by alias gives different results. The format field is populated when fetching by alias, but null when fetching by UUID:

GET /models/b8f17e55-d081-4b4e-905d-aa8a521d8055   ->  "format": null
GET /models/Epileptor%20Codim3                     ->  "format": ["text/x-python.3"]

Everything else in the two responses matches. Checked against production (build 038d52dc) on 2026-09-22, on every model tried.

The two branches of get_model take different routes: by alias it runs the stored VF_ScientificModel query and converts with ScientificModel.from_kg_query, while by UUID it resolves a fairgraph object and converts with ScientificModel.from_kg_object. The stored query has a top-level format path, but from_kg_object never sets format, so it keeps its None default. The model versions are already resolved by that point and each carries a code_format, so the value is to hand.

Originally reported as HumanBrainProject/hbp-validation-framework#339, which also noted an empty parameters field on the model instance; that part was fixed at the time by updating the stored query.
