The tools and services provided on this
platform inherit, extend and improve the Use Cases
available on the HBP
Brain Simulation Platform, which is part of the
HBP Collaboratory v1 environment that will
be **shut down on 1 September 2021**.
On this page
you will find a lookup table where old
(or soon-to-be-dismissed) and new urls are reported
for each Use Case/Tool/Service.
Also, please visit the EBRAINS dedicated
page
for instructions on how to migrate any Collab you
might have created in the HBP Collaboratory v1
to the EBRAINS Collaboratory v2.
The Cellullar Level Simulation Interactive
Workflows and Use Cases guide the users through the
resolution of realistic scientific problems. They
are implemented as either front-end or full stack
web applications or Python based Jupyter Notebooks
that allow to interactively build,
reconstruct or simulate data-driven brain models
and perform data analysis visualization. Web
applications are freely accessible and only require
authentication to EBRAINS when specific
actions are required (e.g., submitting a simulation
job to an HBP HPC system). Jupyter Notebooks are
cloned to the lab.ebrains.eu platform and requires
authentication via an EBRAINS account. If you do not
have an account yet, please
sign up
(an institutional email address is required).
